The Grayson County Sheriff and Clarkson Fire Departments responded to a single-vehicle accident on the Western Kentucky Parkway on Monday night about 6:40. The wreck occurred between mile markers 114 and 115, about two miles east of the Clarkson exit.
A black Chevrolet Cobalt, traveling west on the parkway, left the roadway, the driver over-corrected, flipping into a six foot deep ditch, ending up facing the opposite direction of travel.
There were three passengers in the car. Two refused treatment at the scene, with one person being transported by EMS to Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
