Elizabethtown police report a spate of vehicle thefts occurred in the same neighborhood Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning.

Elizabethtown PD spokesman Chris Denham told The News-Enterprise that four “newer model” vehicles were stolen from Freeman Creek Estates subdivision, near the intersection of St. John Road and Hwy 31-W. All the vehicles had keys inside and were stolen before Wednesday morning at 5:00.

In addition to the stolen vehicles, a few “vehicles were rummaged through,” Denham told the newspaper.

Police believe multiple suspects are involved in the thefts.
