A Muhlenberg County man has been indicted on two counts of murder after he killed a married couple in an alleged DUI crash.

Danny J. Cobb, 59, of Graham, was indicted by a Muhlenberg County Grand Jury in the death of 60-year-old Charlie “Butch” House, and his wife, 52-year-old Kimberly L. House, both of Greenville, in October 2021.

Kentucky State Police said Cobb was driving a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado at the 10-mile marker of Hwy 175, near Graham, on the afternoon of October 19, 2021, when he crossed the center line and struck a 2018 Harley Davidson motorcycle head-on.

Charlie House, the driver of the motorcycle, was pronounced dead at the scene while Kimberly House, a second grade teacher at Greenville Elementary School, was later pronounced deceased at Muhlenberg County Hospital.

Cobb, who was not injured in the crash, was indicted on two counts of murder and DUI (excludes alcohol). He was lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
