Michael C. Jones, 71, of Mammoth Cave passed away Jan. 9, 2023 at his home.
The Louisville native was a retired Bellsouth Telephone lineman and a US Army National Guard veteran. He was a son of the late Robert M. Jones Sr. and Dorothy Beck Jones. He was preceded in death by a brother, Richard W. Jones.
No public services are scheduled. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Gravil Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Surviving are his wife, Pamela Jane Ranburger; two daughters, Lauren Wheatley (Robert) of Louisville and Sarah White (Bobby) of Taylorsville; a son, Jason Snawder (Christa) of Louisville; a brother, Robert M. Jones Jr. (Linda) of Louisville; a sister-in-law, Hope Jones of Louisville; three grandchildren, Cain Snawder, Kobe Snawder and Emmalin White; three great grandchildren, Skylar Snawder, Rosabella Snawder and Maxton Snawder; and several nieces and nephews.
