A Hardin County man has been accused of having sexual relations with a 15-year-old female.
The Radcliff Police Department arrested 24-year-old Jonathan L. Scales on Monday after a warrant was taken out in Elizabethtown charging the suspect with use of a minor under 18 in a sexual performance, promoting a sexual performance by a minor (under 18), first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor (illegal sex act, under 18), distribution of obscene matter to a minor, and possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor.
According to a report by The News-Enterprise, Scales is accused of sneaking into the girl’s home and having sex with her. Additionally, Scales sent the girl two videos and two images containing sexual explicit material, including Scales and the teen having sex.
The juvenile sent eight images and five videos of sexually explicit material to Scales, as well.
He was lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center.
