Elizabethtown Community and Technical College (ECTC) will host its popular summer Kids College for the first time since 2019, offering a variety of fun and educational classes for students entering first through eighth grade.

“We are thrilled to bring back Kids College this summer, offering a wide range of exciting classes that will inspire young minds,” said ECTC Workforce Solutions Liaison and Kids College Coordinator Pam Cook. “Each class is designed to provide children with an opportunity to explore their interests in a supportive and interactive environment.”

This year’s class offerings include:

  • Art and Language, June 12-16
  • Introduction to Theater, June 20-23
  • Basics of Sign Language, June 20-23
  • Beginning Robotics, June 26-30
  • Baking Fun, June 27-29
  • Ag is for Everyone, July 11 and 13

Classes are limited to 16 students and are taught by ECTC instructors and area professionals. Class sections are divided by age. Spaces are first-come, first-served, so those interested should complete their child’s registration as soon as possible.

Advanced registration is required. For class descriptions, costs and registration, visit elizabethtown.kctcs.edu/kids-college. For questions, contact Mattie McCoart, at mattie.mccoart@kctcs.edu or 270-706-8402.
