The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet said work on Lone Hill Road (KY 736) will result in the roadway being closed this week.
“Maintenance work will require full closure of Lone Hill Road (KY 736) this week just northeast of the KY 54 intersection. Crews will be replacing a large drain pipe below the road surface,” according to Kentucky Transportation Cabinet spokesman Chris Jessie.
Access from the northeast side of the closure, Jessie said, will only be available from the Falls of Rough Road (KY 79) end of Lone Hill Road.
Work should be complete by the end of the week, Jessie noted.
