A man is facing over 20 child porn charges.
On Monday, the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested 57-year-old Jackie Wayne Bloodworth, of Bowling Green, after he was discovered sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.
Bloodworth was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.
The investigation, according to state police, resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a Bowling Green residence on Monday where equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination.
The investigation is ongoing.
Bloodworth was charged with 10 counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance (victim under 12), procuring or promoting the use of a minor by electronic means and 10 counts of promoting a minor in a sexual performance (victim under the age of 16).
He was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.
