Michael Wayne Hack, age 53, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Friday, (June 15, 2018) as a result of an automobile accident. He was born on February 6, 1965 in Grayson Co., KY, the son of the Daymon and Norma Jean Bailes Hack.
He was a heavy equipment operator and was currently employed by Metalsa; He enjoyed working, hunting, gardening and reading and studying the Bible, and a member of the Welches Creek General Baptist Church.
He is survived by one son, Brandon Hack (Marcie) of Brownsville, KY, one daughter, Tiffany Hack of Clarkson KY, one granddaughter, Zoey Gibson, his mother, Norma Jean Hack of Leitchfield, one brother, Ronnie Hack (Nola) of
Shrewsbury, KY, his fiancé, Tammy Cook and her daughter, Aniyah Grace Cook, of Elizabethtown, KY.
He was preceded in death by his father, Daymon Hack.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, (June 21, 2018) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Neal Carnes will be officiating. Burial will be in the Welchs Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday and from 9:00 a.m. Thursday until time of services.
