A search for a missing 22-month-old eastern Kentucky toddler is entering its third day.

Crews in Magoffin County have been searching for Kenneth Howard, who went missing Sunday night. His father, Elden Howard, said he was sitting on the front porch of their home when Kenneth evidently wandered out the back door. The child has not been seen since. The boy’s father told media outlets that it’s as if Kenneth “disappeared. No Sign, no nothing.”

Kentucky State Police is leading the missing person investigation, but dozens of people from official search teams to volunteers are searching for the boy. Crews have expanded the search for Kenneth to a mile radius around where he was last seen, a rural area on the Magoffin/Floyd County line.

Elden Howard is offering a $5,000 reward for the safe return of his son.
