Stephen Kristofer Witten of Elizabethtown, formerly of Leitchfield, passed away at his home on July 14, 2019. Kristofer was born on July 5, 1986, the son of Salli Meredith and Clifford Witten. He was employed by Flex Films in Elizabethtown and attended Hope Church in Radcliffe. He was a sponsor and former house manager at Unbound Recovery, a silver chip recipient and former peer mentor at Owensboro Regional Recovery, and proud member of AA. Kristofer enjoyed playing the guitar, cooking, and playing Xbox with his son Abe.
Kristofer is survived by his mother Salli Meredith (Kova Gardnar) of Louisville and his father Clifford Witten of Clarkson, his son Abraham Condi Witten and stepson Ayden Webb, and his fiancé Rachel Yeager.
Also surviving are his loving grandmother Doris Green, grandparents Condi and Doris Witten, and step-grandmother Barbara Meredith. Brothers: Tyler Lee Witten, Ashton Meredith, Eli Meredith, and David Lee Fox. Other survivors include several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his beloved grandfather Roger Green.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday at the Dermitt Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday and from 9:00 am until the time of the service on Saturday at Dermitt Funeral Home.
