Jacqueline Ann Prewitt Green, age 87 of Clarkson, passed away Thursday, September 12th 2019 at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield. She was born September 8th 1932 in Pensacola, FL the daughter of James Frances & Tina Ree Lile Prewitt. She was the Valedictorian of the Clarkson High School Class of 1950, a Dairy Farmer working alongside of her husband, Kenneth, and a precinct worker for the Grayson County Board of Elections.
She is survived by her children, Dr. Kenneth Green (Patsy), George Green (Jacqueline), Betty Mahanna (John), Charles Green (Debbie), & Gary Green, fourteen grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, twelve step-great grandchildren, and one step-great-great grandchild.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Ray Green, her brother, James Larry Prewitt, and one grandson, John Thomas Green.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday (September 18th) at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Clarkson Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday (September 17th) and from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
