Morris Burkhead, age 91, of Big Clifty, KY passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield, KY.
He was born March 23, 1928 in Hardin County, KY, son of George and Mary Rena(Harris) Burkhead and was married to Delores Ann (Drury) Burkhead.
He was a Farmer and member of St. Paul Catholic Church.
Mr. Burkhead is survived by 4 children; Phyllis Burkhead, Theresa Miller (Jeremy), David Lee Burkhead (Martina) and Jeffrey Burkhead (Monica).
Other survivors include one sister; Bernice McCombs, 11 Grandchildren and 7 Great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; George and Mary Rena Burkhead and his wife; Delores Ann Burkhead.
Visitation: Friday, November 1 from 2 – 8 PM, Saturday from 8 – 10:30 AM at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home.
Prayer service Friday at 7 PM.
Funeral Mass Saturday, November 2 at 11:00 AM at St. Paul Catholic Church.
Burial in St. Paul Cemetery.
