A $10,000 reward is now being offered for information leading to the return of a Radcliff teen missing since August 24.

K105 first reported on August 28 that 15-year-old Rosalyn Velazquez was reported missing by her mother on Monday, August 24. Rosalyn was last seen at Azalea Park apartments, adjacent to North Hardin High School, between Hwy 31-W and Joe Prather Highway, at approximately 1:00 the morning of August 24. She was wearing a blue jacket with a “crest on the right front,” according to police.

Rosalyn is described as a “Hispanic/white mix” with curly black hair and brown eyes. She stands about 5-feet tall and weighs 140 pounds.

Authorities said there is no evidence pointing to Rosalyn being abducted. Her mother said Rosalyn has “… indicated that she may attempt to harm herself.”

“We’ve exhausted all means so far trying to locate her,” Radcliff PD Capt. Willie Woods previously said, “and we haven’t heard from her. Nobody as far as we know has.”

A Facebook page, Bring Rosalyn Home, has been set up by the family to help publicize the disappearance of Rosalyn.
