
On Tuesday afternoon at approximately 5:00, the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested two Pulaski County men on child pornography charges.
According to police, 34-year-old John Hess and 36-year-old Donnie Edwards, both of Somerset, were arrested after an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspects sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.
Police said equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination.
Both men were charged with 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor and lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
