The man struck by a vehicle Tuesday night in Breckinridge County has died
Kentucky State Police spokesman Scotty Sharp said 30-year-old JD Fulkerson, of Bardstown, died Thursday afternoon at University of Louisville Hospital.
According to Trooper Sharp, a Kia Rio, being driven by 20-year-old Baylee Harrington, of Irvington, struck Fulkerson on Hwy 86 near the intersection of Rosetta Corners Road, between Custer and Garfield. Police said Fulkerson walked onto the road and into the path of the Kia.
The accident remains investigation by accident re-constructionist, Trooper Scott Rafferty.
