Ingredients:

Ingredients:
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. apple cider
2 large eggs
6 tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled, plus more for work surface
2/3 c. packed light brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice

Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars
Crust:
1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
3 TB granulated sugar
5 TB melted butter
Cheesecake Layer:
8 oz cream cheese softened
1/4 c sour cream
1/3 c granulated sugar

2 eggs
Pumpkin Layer:
3 egg yolks
15 oz can solid-packed pumpkin puree

What You’ll Need:
one 9×5-in. loaf pumpkin bread (about 1 lb.)
1 cup (about 8-1/2 oz.) cream cheese frosting
24 oz. orange candy coating
2 Tbsp. chocolate chips or chocolate candy coating
2 oz. green candy coating

Ingredients:
1 prepared Brownie Mix
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix according to box adding 1 tsp cinnamon. (I use Ghirardelli or Duncan Hines)

1/3 cup sugar
2 TBSP flour
1/2 cup pumpkin
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

Pumpkin Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
Cupcakes:
2 cups All Purpose Flour, Sifted
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
½ teaspoons Allspice
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Granulated Sugar
⅔ cups Sour Cream

4 whole Large Eggs, At Room Temperature And Slightly Beaten

Frosting:
1 stick Unsalted Butter, Firm And Slightly Cold (leave It Out On The Counter For About 15 Minutes)
8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Cold
⅛ teaspoons Salt
½ teaspoons Vanilla
3-¾ cups Powdered Sugar
Coarse Sugar, For Sprinkling On Top

For the cookies:

1/3 c brown sugar, lightly packed
