Sunday morning at approximately 1:15, the Warren County Sheriff Office responded to a vehicle versus residence accident at 3112 Plum Springs Road.
Police said a Chevrolet passenger car slid off the roadway at the intersection of Yearling Avenue and Plum Springs Road and into the living room of a residence. There were two occupants in the home, but they were not injured.
The driver of the Chevy, 25-year-old Cody Magley, of Bowling Green, was arrested and charged with DUI (with aggravating circumstances), two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and first-degree criminal mischief.
He was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail on a $7,500 cash bond.
