
A teacher has been arrested for sexually abusing a teenage girl.
Kentucky State Police said 47-year-old Daniel Tuttle, of Middlesboro, has been charged with first-degree sexual abuse after authorities received a complaint from social services. Tuttle is a JROTC instructor with Harlan County Schools.
The complaint involved a 15-year-old girl, with Tuttle accused of inappropriately touching the victim on multiple occasions while she was a student.
Tuttle was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center on a $10,000 full cash bond.
