A Fordsville man is accused of raping and sodomizing a relative younger than 12-years-old.
Kentucky State Police launched an investigation on April 24 after allegations that 37-year-old Seth R. Stiff was involved in an “inappropriate sexual relationship with a juvenile,” according to police. After the investigation, state police presented its findings to an Ohio County Grand Jury, resulting in Stiff being indicted for first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, two counts of incest, and four counts of first-degree sexual abuse. All of the charges note that the victim is under the age of 12.
Stiff was arrested on Tuesday (July 23) and lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center on a $250,000 cash bond. He is no longer listed as an inmate at the facility.
