Now, you can watch the game from home on your big screen. If you have a smart tv then all you need to do is search for K105 The Best Mix on YouTube, or watch via K105’s Facebook page. Coverage of the game will begin at 6:30 p.m.

The GC Cougars will face the Edmonson Co. Wildcats Friday night at Cougar Stadium, and it’s Homecoming at GCHS. K105 will broadcast the game via Facebook, YouTube, WMTL app, or www.k105.com

Community Blood Drive in Clarkson
There will be a community blood drive at Clarkson City Hall on Saturday, Sept. 7th from Noon – 5:00 p.m. Everyone is encouraged to donate blood, and appointments are not needed.
GC Public Library Adult Learning Program: Artist Trading Card Workshop & Swap
The GC Public Library will host their Adult Learning Program: Artist Trading Card Workshop & Swap on Saturday, September 7th at 9:00 a.m. For an Artist Trading Card workshop you will learn and explore new techniques and spend time making a few miniature works of art in a fun, relaxed environment. At 11:00 a.m. you will swap your cards with others if you wish. This program is free and open to the public All materials will be supplied.
Leitchfield Walk4Water ’19
The annual Leitchfield Walk4Water ’19 will be held on Saturday, September 7th, at the James D. Beville Park Pavilion. There will be a walk of solidarity for the children of Haiti who walk an average of four miles each day to collect contaminated water. There will also be a celebration of funds raised for the digging of a clean water well in a Haitian community. Refreshments will be provided along with door prizes from Haiti. St. Paul Car Show
The 15th Annual St. Paul Car Show will be on Saturday, Sept. 7th at 9:00 a.m. at St. Paul School. Each vehicle entry is $20 each and there will be a Schnitzel meal served, craft vendors, and concessions available.

The Cougar XC teams will run in the Owensboro Invitational.
The Boys & Girls Cougar Golf teams will play match at Quail Chase Golf Course at the Butler Co. Invitation.

The Grayson County Ministerial Association (GCMA) will hold its regular Monthly Meeting Tuesday morning, September 11th @ 8:30 AM at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in the cafeteria. Ministers/leaders from all congregations in the area are invited and encouraged to attend.

Rinse & Return Program
The Grayson County Extension Office will hold a Rinse & Return program at their office at 123 Commerce Drive in Leitchfield in the front parking lot on Thursday, September 12th from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. The Rinse & Return program is a free, voluntary cooperative program sponsored by the Kentucky Department of Agriculture and the Agri-Business Association of Kentucky. The program allows for the proper recycling of containers used to store pesticides that cannot be recycled with ordinary household plastic containers. This program reduces the amount of pesticides that may enter landfills, waterways, or that are being disposed of by other means. There is no sign-up or advanced registration required. Those bringing containers should have them pressure rinsed or triple rinsed in accordance with KDA guidelines. There will be a pregnancy and infant loss support group at the Grayson County Health Department on Thursday, September 12th from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Anyone who has experienced the tragic loss of a baby is invited to attend as the group will offer peer support, encouragement, and community.

The Ed Nichols Nature Trail in Clarkson is another free option.
