Victoria Louise “Vickie” Huff Ranburger, 64, of Mammoth Cave passed away June 16, 2020 at her home.

The Jefferson County native was a customer service representative for Waste Management, a shift supervisor for White Castle and a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. She devoted her life to her husband and son with a caring heart and warm embrace and was known for telling all to “be blessed”, which was her favorite phrase. Vickie was a daughter of the late Charles Ray Huff and Frances Nell Wise Huff. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Debbie Huff and her grandmother who helped raise her, Annabell Wise.

Services will be private with burial to take place in St. John Cemetery. Gravil Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Surviving are her husband, Ray Ranburger; a son, Michael Ranburger (Stacy) of Mammoth Cave; two sisters, Rhonda Hunt of Georgetown and Becky Huff of Louisville; a brother, T.J. Hunt of Louisville; three grandchildren, Lane Ranburger, Katlyn Raymer and Emilee Raymer; and several nieces and nephews.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
