The suspected trigger man in the death of a three-year-old Louisville girl and her father has been arrested.

Kevon Lawless, 23, was arrested by U.S. Marshals and Louisville Metro officers on Tuesday, Louisville Metro Police spokeswoman Alicia Smiley told news outlets.

In addition to murder, he was charged with burglary and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

Trinity Randolph was playing in her “Frozen” dollhouse at her home on August 14 when she and her father, 21-year-old Brandon Waddles, were shot multiple times.

Lawless was previously convicted in 2017 for attempted murder.

Evan Ross, 28, of Louisville, was charged five days after the double-killing with two counts of facilitation of murder. Police said detectives reviewed surveillance video and spotted Ross’ car, news outlets reported.
