An Upton man has been accused of raping and sodomizing a girl younger than 12 for three years.
Temmy Wise, 41, was indicted by a LaRue County Grand Jury for first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse. He faces decades in prison if convicted.
The News-Enterprise reports that the crimes took place between 2017 and 2020.
Wise has been held in the LaRue County Detention Center since late October 2020 after being arrested by the LaRue County Sheriff’s Office on unrelated drug charges.
