The final East Main Market event will be Friday, with a Halloween twist.

The Wes Cook Band, out of Nashville, Tennessee, will perform from 6:00 until 10:00.

Food trucks and other vendors will be on-site, along with an antique car show and ax throwing.

Kicking off the festivities, Scare on the Square organizers are hosting a Halloween costume contest beginning at 5:00, with registration at 4:30.

Officials said there will not be a “Strut Your Mutt” contest this year.

The event is held on East Main Street, just off the Leitchfield Town Square (between the Jack Thomas House and The Cecilian Bank).

Prior East Main Market events this year have been well attended, with organizers encourage attendees to come early and bring lawn chairs.
