Minnie Mouse bandit arrested hours after robbing Scott Co. gas station

A man wearing a Minnie Mouse blanket as cover robbed a Marathon station in Scott County.

Thursday night at approximately 6:30, the man entered Clark’s Marathon on Cherry Blossom Drive, near the I-75 interchange in Georgetown, wearing a Minnie Mouse blanket and mask. He brandished a handgun and demanded money, and fled store with an undetermined amount of cash.

The suspect, 37-year-old Johnathon Rahming, of St. Matthews, South Carolina, was arrested a short time later by the Scott County Sheriff’s Office.

He was charged with first-degree robbery and lodged in the Scott County Detention Center.
