Two juveniles and a 20-year-old woman stand accused of murdering a young man in a small Kentucky town.

The Lancaster Police Department responded to an apartment on Pleasant View Drive Thursday night at approximately 9:00 and found 20-year-old Dylan Reyes dead from multiple stab wounds.

Police, after an investigation, charged two juveniles, a 15-year-old girl and 17-year-old boy, and 2o-year-old Mallory Reynolds with the murder. Police said the three suspects are related –The 15-year-old girl and Reynolds are sisters, and the 17-year-old boy is their cousin. The suspects are from Garrard County and all have had previous run-ins with law enforcement, police said.

Reyes, who is originally from Lincoln County, was sub-leasing the apartment from Reynolds.

The 15-year-old girl is who authorities say stabbed Reyes. The teen then called police.

In addition to murder, the three were charged with tampering with physical evidence and first-degree burglary. Reynolds was also charged with unlawful transaction with a minor.

The Garrard County Commonwealth Attorney is being consulted to determine whether to charge the two teenagers as adult.

Lancaster police said drugs were found in the apartment but it is unclear if that played a role in the killing.

Reynolds was lodged in the Jessamine County Detention Center. The two juveniles are being held in the Adair Youth Development Center.

Lancaster is a town of about 3,800 in Garrard County. Rodney Kidd, Lancaster Police Chief, said this is the first murder of his 10-year tenure as chief.
