A former teacher at duPont Manual High School in Louisville is facing child pornography charges.
James Henry Miller, 50, was charged with two counts of promoting a sexual performance by a minor (victim under 16) and two counts of possession of child pornography.
Miller, who taught journalism at the high school, resigned earlier this year.
The charges arose after multiple videos of a minor undressing were found on Miller’s phone, the Jefferson County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office told WAVE.com.
No public school children were involved, officials said.
