Three people, including two relatives of the victim, have been indicted in Logan County for sexually abusing a person under the age of 12.

Indicted were 36-year-old Lisa M. Latham, of Elkton, 38-year-old Dusty A. Cuthbertson, of Auburn, and 34-year-old Jordan L. Moore, of St. Catherine.

Cuthbertson was indicted on 30 counts of first-degree sodomy (forcible compulsion), 30 counts of incest (forcible compulsion), first-degree sodomy (victim under 12), third-degree sodomy, and first-degree sexual abuse (victim under 12).

Latham was indicted for first-degree rape (victim under 12), first-degree sexual abuse (victim under 12) and incest (victim under 12.).

Moore was indicted for first-degree sexual abuse (victim under 12).

The abuse occurred between October 2016 and May 2022.

Cuthbertson and Latham are lodged in the Logan County Detention Center. Cuthbertson is being held on a $50,000 cash bond and Latham on a $10,000 cash bond. A warrant for Moore’s arrest has been issued.
