
A man has been arrested in Breckinridge County after having unlawful contact with a juvenile and fleeing from the girl’s parents and police.
The Breckinridge County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Collion A. Prescott on Sunday and charged him with second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, custodial interference, first-degree wanton endangerment, and fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle).
According to a report by WXBC.com, the parents of a female juvenile were seeking Prescott on Sunday after he had contact with the girl without their consent. The parents encountered Prescott in a Hardinsburg business parking lot but he fled east on Hwy 60, with the parents following.
Police eventually stopped Prescott on Raymond Butler Road, between Harned and Garfield, and arrested the suspect.
He was lodged in the Breckinridge County Detention Center but is no longer listed as an inmate.
