A Hardin County teenager has been accused of molesting a child.
Kaylee Rachelle Counsil, 19, of Elizabethtown, was indicted by a Hardin County Grand Jury on first-degree rape and incest charges, according to The News-Enterprise.
The newspaper reports that the arrest citation says “Counsil forced a 10-year-old to digitally penetrate and items into her vagina” on November 6, 2022. She admitted to participating in sexual activity with the child, the citation states.
She faces dozens of years in prison if found guilty of the charges.
