Meade County authorities are investigating after a woman was found deceased inside a residence.
The Meade County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were dispatched to Old Mill Road, southeast of Brandenburg, on Monday on the report of a possible break-in.
Upon arriving at the scene, police located a deceased female in the home. The sheriff’s office said foul play is suspected.
Police did not release additional details.
