A teenager has been killed in an ATV crash in northern Kentucky.
Mikaela Houk, 15, was killed Sunday afternoon when the ATV she was riding on flipped on top of her, pinning the teen underneath the vehicle.
The crash occurred Sunday afternoon at approximately 4:45 in the 1400 block of Aulick Road in Butler, a small Campbell County town.
When first responders arrived at the scene, Houk was under the 4-wheeler and unresponsive. She was airlifted to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where she was pronounced deceased.
Officials have not released details regarding what caused the accident.
