There was a large police presence in Clarkson Sunday evening as the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office and Leitchfield Police Department executed a search warrant.
Law enforcement, including Grayson County Sgt. Jordan Jones, Deputy Thomas Lane and Leitchfield PD Sgt. DJ Newton, arrived at an apartment on Renfro Street Sunday night at approximately 7:20. Not long after, Deputy Sean Fentress and K-9 Officer Zeus were summoned to the scene and could be observed searching a field adjacent to the apartment targeted by police.
While police are so far tight-lipped on the specifics of the search, officers did confirm the warrant was “drug related.”
Four people were arrested.
Law enforcement cleared the scene at approximately 9:30 p.m.
