A teenager has died and another injured in an ATV crash in Laurel County.
The incident happened Tuesday afternoon at approximately 4:00 about six miles east of London, according to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office. Police said that two male teenagers, ages 13- and 14-year-old, were riding on a roadway on a four-wheeler when the vehicle ran off the road and the driver lost control.
The 14-year-old was pronounced deceased at the scene, while the other teen was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
No names have been released.
