On Friday, the Hart County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of the two suspects, traveling in a Ford truck, being followed by the victim. The victim followed the truck until losing sight of the suspects, but a Hart County deputy encountered the vehicle on Millerstown Road (Hwy 224) between the Hart County line and Upton.

The deputy executed a traffic stop and made contact with 63-year-old James Burba, of Munfordville, and 28-year-old Dustin Davis, of Leitchfield.

Inside the vehicle, police located a bag of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

The two men, according to WNKY.com, admitted to committing the theft in Grayson County.

Both suspects were arrested and charged with receiving stolen property (more than $1,000, less than $10,000), possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
