A U.S. Marine and Caverna High School graduate has died at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina.
Lance Cpl. Le’Braun Hamilton, 19, died on November 2. No information on how Hamilton died has been released.
Hamilton, according to his obituary, “… was an active duty Marine and a 2023 graduate of Caverna Independent High School (in Horse Cave). He enjoyed gaming and being outside playing basketball and football. He was a talented young man that had a kind and gentle spirit who would help anyone he could.”
An Honor Ride will take place on Thursday afternoon at approximately 2:30 central time. The procession will leave from Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport and travel south on I-65 to Cave City before ending at Brooks Funeral Home in Munfordville.
