Kentucky State Police said troopers responded to the crash Thursday afternoon at approximately 3:15 in the 14000 block of Hwy 259 south near McDaniels.

The investigation revealed that a 2004 Ford Taurus, being driven south by 55-year-old by Brenda Aubrey, of Custer, rear-ended a horse-drawn buggy, according to state police.
