A Hardin County man is accused of plying a juvenile with alcohol before having sex with the minor.
The Radcliff Police Department arrested 25-year-old Jordan T. Beach, of Radcliff, after an investigation showed he provided alcohol to a 15-year-old girl on two occasions, according to The News-Enterprise. Beach and the girl then had sex multiple times.
Beach, police said, knew the girl was a juvenile.
There was a total of two incidents, one occurring at the Elizabethtown Ramada Inn.
Beach was charged with third-degree sodomy and third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
He was lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center on a $10,000 cash bond.
