Two Caneyville residents have died in a two-vehicle accident.
Kentucky State Police said troopers responded to the crash on Friday evening at approximately 6:00 in the 8800 block of Hwy 185 in Warren County.
State police said its preliminary investigation showed that a 2007 Chevrolet Colbalt, being driven by 62-year-old Pamela Hayes, of Caneyville, was traveling south when she lost control and collided with a northbound 2018 Toyota 4Runner, being driven by 36-year-old Elizabeth Kemp, of Bowling Green.
Hayes and her passenger, 60-year-old Ronald Hayes, also of Caneyville were pronounced deceased at the scene by the Warren County Coroner’s Office.
Kemp and her juvenile passenger sustained non-life threatening injuries and were transported to The Medical Center at Bowling Green, according to state police.
The investigation is ongoing and is being led by Trooper Grant Robertson.
