A Grayson County man already jailed for posting thousands of photos of women and girls from Grayson County on a pornography website is facing 18 new felony charge related to distributing, promoting and possessing child porn.

Kentucky State Police, according to the arrest citation, filed new charges against 29-year-old Zackery M. Robinson, of Caneyville, on Tuesday as he was charged with seven counts of promoting a minor in a sex performance (victim under the age of 16), five counts of distributing matter portraying a sex performance by a minor (victim under the age of 12) and five counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor (victim under the age of 12).

Robinson was also charged on Tuesday with tampering with physical evidence for attempting to delete “physical evidence” related to the above charges, according to the citation, for a total of 18 new felony charges.

Robinson was arrested by Kentucky State Police at the Grayson Co. Sheriff’s Office on Monday night at approximately 10:30 and initially charged with 27 counts of second-degree stalking, a class A misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine for each offense.

He was processed into the Grayson County Detention Center early Tuesday morning. Robinson is being held on a $500,000 bond, set by District Court Judge Bruce Butler, the citation states.

K105 reported on Monday morning that Robinson posted the photos of clothed women and girls on the porn site, motherless.com (some people have stated that nude photos of Grayson County girls/women have also been posted on the site, but K105 has not been able verify that claim).

County Attorney for Grayson County Jeremy Logsdon issued a statement on social media on Monday morning asking for victims to contact his office:

We at the Grayson County Attorney’s Office are very familiar with the situation of an individual who has prolifically and egregiously posted social media pictures of local women and teenage girls to a porn site to illicit inappropriate comments and other unknown motivations. We have been cooperating with the Kentucky State Police since yesterday afternoon. An open investigation is under way.

If you are a victim of these acts, feel free to call the office at 2702599306. We will be gathering victim information and questions, so that when charges are brought by law enforcement, that information can be shared with those affected.

The photos include pictures culled mostly from Facebook pages, but there have been reports of photos being taken from other social media sites as well.

After being confronted online, Robinson posted the following statement (since deleted) on his Facebook page (unedited by K105):

“Okay I’m getting something out there I did something when I was young list access to an yes photos of people females I know ss put on a porn site and I’ve been trying to get access to delete and have contacted the site to get deleted and to all that involved I’m going be sending you messages and apologizing b3cause I was young and stupid and I’m sorry”

(A screenshot of the post can be found below.)

The subterfuge that Robinson committed the acts “when (he) was young” failed to succeed in gaining sympathy and/or understanding, though, as many of the photos were posted by the victims on their Facebook pages in the last month, and in some cases, as few as two weeks ago.
