A western Kentucky has been accused of raping a juvenile relative.
Michael D. Denton, 55, of Sebree, was indicted by a Webster Co. Grand Jury for first-degree rape, incest (victim younger than 18) and second-degree strangulation, according to Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman.
The indictment states that the offenses took place in December 2024. He was initially arrested by Kentucky State Police on February 27, 2025.
Denton is lodged in the Webster County Detention Center on a $500,000 cash bond.
