Two suspects are accused of raping and/or sodomizing five juveniles, with at least one of the victims related to the suspects.
Kentucky State Police said that in June 2024, troopers were contacted by the Wolfe County Department for Community Based Services regarding allegations of sexual abuse involving a juvenile.
The ensuing investigation, state police said, identified five juvenile victims.
Police arrested David Parks, 47, of Campton, and Alicia Parks, 40, of Campton, and charged each with firs-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, incest, and first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
David Parks was additionally charged with 31 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor (victim under 12) and third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
Alicia Parks was also charged with second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
A third suspect, 40-year-old Rebecca Mann, of Beattyville, was charged with 31 counts of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor (victim under 12).
