A Muhlenberg County man has been sentenced to federal prison for distributing child porn.
James M. Rosenkranz, 41, was sentenced on Tuesday to five years in federal prison for distribution of child pornography, according to the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Kentucky, Kyle G. Bumgarner. There is no parole in the federal system.
Upon being freed from prison, he will serve 10 years of supervised release.
The case was investigated by the FBI Owensboro office.
