All new and prospective students are invited to attend Elizabethtown Community and Technical College (ECTC) Open House Days on four Tuesdays during July.
Open House Days will be held from noon until 6:00 p.m. on July 8, 15, 22, and 29.
“This is the perfect opportunity to see for yourself what makes ECTC so special,” Recruitment Team Lead Becca Owsley said. “If you’re new to ECTC or just thinking about college, stop by and get all the information you need to have a great start, whether you’re starting classes Aug. 18 or planning for the future.”
Visitors can learn about a variety of student support programs and transfer opportunities, and experts will be on hand to help plan educational and career pathways, complete admissions files and order any needed transcripts, complete the FAFSA and get financial aid estimates, the school said in a press release.
Students also can find out about scholarships including the ECTC Dual Credit to Degree Scholarship and the Work Ready Kentucky Scholarship, which allows eligible students to earn a certificate or degree in a high-demand field tuition-free.
