
A Hardin County man has been accused of raping and sodomizing a child on multiple occasions.
The Radcliff Police Department arrested 66-year-old Raymond C. Borders, of Radcliff, last week and charged him with first-degree rape (victim under the age of 12), first-degree sexual abuse (victim under the age of 12), and two counts of first-degree sodomy (victim under the age of 12).
He’s being held in the Hardin County Detention Center on a $150,000 cash bond.
Borders is accused of raping and sexually abusing the child several times between August 14, 2024, and January 13, 2025, according to a report by The News-Enterprise.
According to online records, Borders has been arrested several times since 2009 on a multitude of charges, including drug possession and DUI. He was last arrested in August 2024 on a domestic violence assault charge.
