A juvenile has been killed in an ATV crash.
The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office told WFIE.com that 17-year-old Cheslee Knight died in the crash that occurred on Thursday on Railroad Street in Baskett, approximately nine miles northeast of Henderson.
No other information has been released.
Knight, who was from Henderson, was a rising senior at Harrison High School in Evansville, Indiana. The high school posted the following statement on Knight’s death on social media:
It is with great sadness that we share the loss of a member of our Harrison family. Cheslee Knight was a bright, energetic, kind, and valued member of the Warrior community. Her loss will be deeply felt by all who knew her, and we extend our condolences to her family and friends.
