A semi-truck driver has died in a single-vehicle crash.
Kentucky State Police said troopers responded to the accident on Tuesday evening at approximately 5:20 in the 13000 block of Hwy 56 in Beech Grove in McLean County.
State police said its investigation showed that 59-year-old Brad Jones, of Marion, was traveling east on Hwy 56 in a 2016 Kenworth when the vehicle “exited the right shoulder of the road where (Jones) lost control, crossed both lanes and overturned on the driver’s side.”
Jones was transported to Baptist Heath Deaconess Madisonville where he was pronounced deceased.
The investigation is ongoing by Kentucky State Police.
