An Ohio County woman has been arrested after allegedly committing a string of burglaries.
The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38-year-old Samantha Phelps, of Cromwell, on Thursday following the execution of a search warrant at her residence.
During the search, deputies discovered “multiple items” related to “a string of burglary cases” the sheriff’s office was investigating, police said.
Phelps was charged with receiving stolen property (more than $1,000, less than $10,000) and lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center. She is no longer listed as an inmate.
