An Edmonson County man has been accused of nearly a dozen counts of promoting child porn.
Tyler A. Skaggs, 36, of Smiths Grove, was arrested by Kentucky State Police following his indictment by an Edmonson County Grand Jury on 11 counts of promoting a sexual performance by a minor (victim younger than 16).
He was arrested on June 25 and released the same day after posting a $2,500 bond, according to WNKY.com.
The charges are class B felonies, punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
The indictment says Skaggs “produced, directed or promoted any performance which includes sexual conduct by a minor, who is less than 16 years of age,” WNKY.com reports.
